Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after this window. However, you may return your order for a full refund once it has been received.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, with shipping taking place the next business day after processing. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays and sale periods. We do not ship on weekends.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Due to high demand, delivery times may vary but we aim for 2-3 days

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?

Prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars and are tax-free. However, you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. Rycala does not cover these costs, nor are we responsible for any delays caused by customs. How Do I Return an Item?

What If I Receive a Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Item?

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or your cancellation request. Please check with your card issuer regarding when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account.
